Welcome to eProtocol FID
eProtocol FID is The University of Texas at Austin's web-based submission system for Financial Interest Disclosure (FID) forms. Researchers who meet the definition of Covered Individual should submit and update their FID forms using eProtocol FID.

This eProtocol FID system is no longer available for disclosure of financial interests to the Office of Research Support and Compliance. Logging in here will allow investigators to view previous disclosures, but will not allow updates or new submissions. Questions can also be directed to coi@austin.utexas.edu.
New Conflict of Interest software launches June 27!
On June 27, the new UT Research Management Suite COI module will go-live, replacing eProtocol as the portal for disclosure of potential conflicts of interest/ conflicts of commitment. On this date, all COI information must be submitted through the new system.
